Project Management Office to manage real estate assets
SAREB, which currently has the largest portfolio of loans and real estate assets in Spain, has recently awarded specialized management services to major operators in the sector, under the Ibero project. SAREB foresees this new model will enhance both quality and efficiency managing its assets, leveraging the experience of new operators who are strongly specialized in BPO services.
Under the terms of the new model, SAREB has agreed with the new “servicers” an effective way to reduce the portfolio of real state assets.
Solvia, acting as “servicer” of SAREB is playing a key role in this process. Today it is managing an asset volume of about 43,000, which equals an economic volume of 7,000 million euros. Solvia has completed the migration of the 34,000 real estate assets that Bankia transferred to SAREB. Among the operational aspects involving this transfer, there is the transfer of the keys of access more than 15,000 properties and the publication of more than 10,000 assets in the web of Solvia.
Through our Project Management Office, Better Consultants has been consolidated as a specialist in the design and implementation of advanced solutions for property management. Our professional team provides a large experience that covers both the initial stages of definition and tool selection as well as the implementation and migration of assets transferred from SAREB, under the Ibero project.
