Better Consultants joins the new BME Scaleup stock exchange market
March 11, 2025, marked a key milestone in Better Consultants’ history: we have joined the new BME Scaleup stock exchange market! Our ticker code is SCBTT.
The traditional Opening Bell Ringing ceremony held at the Barcelona Stock Exchange was led by Ricard Flores, the company’s president, who was accompanied by Álvaro Castro, director of primary markets at BME, and Eduardo Ansaldo, president of the Barcelona Stock Exchange.
“The arrival of a new company to the capital markets is always good news, as it provides more alternatives for investors and allows companies to finance their growth and explore new opportunities. We wish Better Consultants the best of luck in this new chapter as a publicly traded company. With them, four companies have now joined BME’s growth markets, and five companies have made their stock market debuts in Spain this year,” said Juan Flames, CEO of BME.
Better Consultants has received advisory services from GVC Gaesco Valores, which has acted as Registered Advisor and Agent Entity, and from Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, which has provided legal advice throughout the incorporation process and conducted the legal due diligence.
