Better Consultants designs and develops the new traffic accident report software for the Catalan Police
Our Firm has carried out the definition, design, implementation and start-up of the new telematics platform, integrating technologies available in the administration.
The transactions allow remote electronic report downloading as well as collecting the related settlement fees through a secure payment platform. The reports depict key information such as vehicle description and people involved, including road information, weather conditions, on site pictures and an accident sketch drawn using advanced computer tools.
Today, 16 Catalan law professional associations and 45 insurance companies are connected to safely download accident reports and attestation forms.
The ultimate goal is that the information can also be shared by local metropolitan polices, Traffic Services, Fire or Emergency Services, Road Authorities, the Ministry of Public Works or Health Services, among others.
