Better Consultants has been selected to supply and implement its innovative software for managing reports of traffic accidents and crimes against road safety, to support the digitalisation of the processes for managing accidents and crimes related to road safety in the Security Department of Bilbao City Council.

The turnkey project includes the supply of licences and all associated services to ensure a successful transition to the new tool: consultancy of the processes, installation and integration with the current systems of the Bilbao Municipal Police, migration of data and training of new users.

The software, developed by Better Consultants, is used today by the police forces of the main Spanish cities, and will also speed up the processing of reports, improve internal coordination and reduce the time and costs of managing road incidents of Bilbao Municipal Police. In addition, it will facilitate the analysis of data in real time, which will contribute to accurate and efficient decision-making.

We are making progresses in our mission to provide technological solutions that improve the day-to-day work of security forces, and this project reinforces Better Consultants’ commitment to innovation and the improvement of resources and processes for the Security Forces, consolidating the company as a reference in digitalisation and technological innovation.

The software is the number one in terms of the volume of accidents and crimes against road safety managed by Local Police Forces in Spain.
