Better Consultants and Logalty have entered into a collaboration agreement to integrate electronic interposition testing services in the products and solutions implemented by our company.

Logalty was founded in 2005 as the first Spanish Legaltech, and also generated the first electronic interposition test in Europe. It was also the first company to use a distributed test matrix (TRD technology). Logalty provides test generation services by interposition to the largest companies, both nationally and internationally. Currently, it processes an annual volume of 22 million communications and notifications, in addition to 27 million electronic signatures.

Under the agreement, Better Consultants will integrate Logalty’s services into our alveoCCM platform, a leader in customer communication management. The Third Party Trust feature provided by Logalty guarantees the legal validity of electronic contracts, as well as the proof of delivery of digital communications sent to customers.

On the other hand, on Wednesday, December 4, we had the presentation of José Manuel Oliva, General Director of Logalty, at our annual meeting of Better Consultants Madrid office, which this year coincided with our Firm’s 30th anniversary.

Throughout his presentation to our professionals, José Manuel highlighted the most recent trends in e-commerce, and the best practices to protect the digital identity of people, as well as the newest security challenges in digital transactions.

The event ended with the traditional cocktail and with the delivery of commemorative 30th anniversary t-shirts.
