\nThe Spanish Association Providers of BPO services for Financial institutions and Corporations (Aeproser) has intorduced today a new online platform to speed up and provide easy access to the mortgage status and balance records.<\/span><\/p>\n Through this tool, designed by Aeproser, the user is able to instantly know all details related to the mortgage.<\/span>\u00a0The technological structure of this tool has been set up by Spanish companies like Oes\u00eda (development), Better Consultants (strategic consulting and technical direction) and T-Systems (hosting).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n According Santiago Bellver, president of Aeproser, the aim of the tool is to optimize costs and streamline procedures of financial institutions, registers, appraisers, notaries and tax administration of autonomous communities.<\/span><\/p>\n “The Platform\u00a0<\/span><\/span>was created to join a global world,” explains Bellver, which believes that competing in this digital space is a unique opportunity challenging the future for all the parties involved.<\/p>\n Over two hundred professionals attended the event that was held in the Aula Magna of the Universidad San Pablo CEU.<\/span>\u00a0Bellver introduced this multilateral channel of communications, focused in improving efficiency and secure message exchanges in the end to end procedures.<\/p>\n Later, the president of the Spanish Mortgage Association, Santos Gonzalez, gave the welcome to the new platform and pointed out that it is a very strategic tool for the immediate future.<\/span><\/p>\n He added \u201cthe new tool is a way to facilitate the achievement of certain ends, and never an end in itself.\u00a0The economic traffic must be agile but safe, ensuring the adequate balance between speed and reliability that the contracting parties need to safeguard their interests<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>“<\/span><\/p>\n Aeproser is the association of the major Spanish BPO companies, providing specialized services addressed to mortgage processing in financial institutions and corporations. Destac\u00f3 que se trata de una herramienta abierta, neutral y flexible, a la que pueden acceder gratuitamente las Entidades financieras, para mejorar sus servicios a los ciudadanos.\u00a0<\/span>
Posteriormente intervino el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Espa\u00f1ola, Santos Gonz\u00e1lez, que dio la bienvenida a esta plataforma y la considera estrat\u00e9gica de cara al futuro.<\/span>
Aeproser es la asociaci\u00f3n que agrupa a las grandes empresas espa\u00f1olas de externalizaci\u00f3n de procesos y servicios para Entidades financieras y corporaciones, especializada en el \u00e1mbito de la gesti\u00f3n hipotecaria, donde cuenta con un 60% de la cuota de mercado.\u00a0<\/span>
La nueva plataforma est\u00e1 abierta a todos los bancos y cajas de ahorro, asi como el resto de intervinientes y operadoras interesados en operar a trav\u00e9s de este nuevo sistema.\u00a0<\/span>
El vicepresidente Tecnol\u00f3gico de esta instituci\u00f3n, Ignacio Men\u00e9ndez-Mor\u00e1n, considera que es una obligaci\u00f3n modernizar este sector y avanzar con las Entidades financieras en todo lo referente al proceso hipotecario, siempre en constante desarrollo y evoluci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span>
