La aplicaci\u00f3n permite la publicaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica en el gestor documental del documento seleccionado, informando los datos m\u00ednimos necesarios para identificar el tipo de documento y su nombre. A partir de estos datos, nuestro motor de publicaci\u00f3n:<\/p><ul><li>Decide en qu\u00e9 zona de la estructura interna del gestor documental se debe almacenar el documento<\/li><li>Da al documento un nombre estandarizado en funci\u00f3n de su tipo y de los datos de pantalla<\/li><li>Dota al documento de los metadatos necesarios para su clasificaci\u00f3n y posterior b\u00fasqueda<\/li><li>Guarda una \u00fanica copia de cada documento. En caso de que un mismo documento se tenga que guardar en diversas estructuras, crea referencias cruzadas en las estructuras hacia el documento guardado.<\/li><li>Permite gestionar los documentos ya publicados para corregir posibles errores.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Consulta de la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p><p>Se ha creado una herramienta web permite realizar la b\u00fasqueda de documentos publicados siguiendo diferentes criterios asociados a los metadatos de cada documento, informadas en el momento de la publicaci\u00f3n. De esta manera se evita al usuario la b\u00fasqueda por carpetas y el acceso directo a Alfresco, proporcionando una interfaz mucho m\u00e1s sencilla y atractiva.<\/p><p>El resultado de la b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n se presenta como una lista de documentos, carpetas, o combinaci\u00f3n de ambos conceptos.\u00a0Una vez seleccionando un documento resultante de la b\u00fasqueda, se abre en pantalla el documento guardado en el gestor documental.
